How to Request a Refund
- Check the date: make sure you are within 60 days of the purchase date shown in your order confirmation email.
- Contact support: email contact@customercs.com and write "Refund Request" in the subject line for priority handling.
- Return the bottles: send all bottles — empty, full, opened or sealed — together with the packing slip to:
